YMC Forging (M) Sdn. Bhd. (354847-X), specializes in closed-die steel forging, producing high-quality parts tailored to meet diverse customer needs. As a subsidiary of Koike (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., we are committed to becoming a world-class supplier of forged components for the commercial market.
We are known for fast production lead times, consistent quality, and competitive pricing. From initial consultation to delivery, we collaborate closely with our clients to exceed expectations.
Currently employing over 100 people, YMC has grown from RM2 million to an estimated RM40 million in annual sales over the past decade. We manufacture forged components weighing 250g to 5kg, with a volume capacity of 3.5 million pieces annually and over 100 active part numbers. Our product range includes rotor pulleys, housing blanks, end tie rods, hubs, clutch parts, under brackets, shafts, and more.

Our Story
Guided by a vision for global growth, we launched our forging operations in Malaysia in 1995 as the nation’s only Japanese-owned forging company.
